Throughout 2023 empathiHR fielded 153 workplace misconduct complaints resulting in an investigation by empathiHR. The basis of these complaints included harassment (age, race, and sex (to include gender identity), hostile work environment, workplace bullying, and discrimination (age, race, and sex (to include gender identity). Of the 153 investigations into workplace misconduct, 15 were found to be egregious in nature, requiring administrative or disciplinary action being necessary to resolve the workplace misconduct. empathiHR offers multiple channels for submitting complaints, including a telephone hotline, an email hotline, a quarterly questionnaire, and internal HR referrals.
